Job Description

The Greenhouse Sales Associate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience by assisting customers with their plant and gardening needs, maintaining product displays, and contributing to a clean and organized greenhouse environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with plants and people, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are eager to share their plant knowledge with our customers.

This position requires working outdoors under varying weather conditions and the ability to consistently lift 20 lbs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Assistance: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide plant care guidance, product recommendations, and gardening advice.
  • Product Care: Ensure plants and other products in the greenhouse are well-maintained, healthy, and attractively displayed.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, pricing, and restocking merchandise, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and organized.
  • Greenhouse Maintenance: Help keep the greenhouse clean and organized, including regular watering, pruning, and pest management.
  • Training Completion: Participate in required training sessions to continually improve product knowledge and customer service.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with other team members to provide an enjoyable, informative experience for our customers.
