This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cosmetic Beauty Consultant. The potential applicant will engage with clients to deliver personalized consultations, provide expert product recommendations, and offer insights into skin care and cosmetics application. Responsibilities include maintaining a high standard of customer service, assisting with retail sales, and staying informed on the latest products and beauty trends to deliver an outstanding luxury experience to all patrons.

• Knowledge, experience, and license in Cosmetology, with a passion for skin care, beauty and wellness
• Proficiency in Product Knowledge and the ability to provide tailored recommendations to customers
• Strong Customer Service skills with a customer-first mindset and a focus on delivering personalized experiences
• Experience in Retail Sales, including meeting sales goals and merchandising
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a dynamic retail setting
• Previous experience in the beauty and luxury retail industry is an asset
• Ability to multi-task and exhibit a motivated, positive, self-starter mentality
