Compensation

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.

• Unload trucks and stock new freight.
• Maintain a safe and organized backroom environment.
• Lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds.
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts (may be required).
