Position Summary
Do you like to work on your feet and keep things neat and organized? Our merchandising and stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything they need. Depending on your shift you may move inventory in the backroom, unload trucks, fulfill club pick‑up orders, or help members while stocking shelves. This fast‑paced, physically demanding role is like being paid to go to the gym!

- Promptly unload trucks.
- Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store.
- Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom.
- Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
- Provide member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, give guidance, resolve issues, and promote company products.
- Maintain facility safety: conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, handle hazardous materials, and correct/report unsafe situations.
- Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation: properly zone, arrange, and organize merchandise; set up displays; remove damaged goods; sign and price merchandise; identify shrink and damages; secure fragile items.
- Monitor food and merchandise quality: ensure product rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation standards, and prominent display of promotional merchandise.
- Comply with company policies, ethics, and integrity: implement action plans and use the Open Door Policy.
- Complete work assignments and priorities: identify priorities, collaborate, communicate progress, recommend improvements, and adapt and learn from change.
- Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled: assist with picking and staging throughout the day and stage products according to policy.

PayHourly wage range: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid, ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
