- - Responsibilities:
Engage with pet parents and their pets to provide positive experiences and promote Pet Smart's products and services;
Assist customers in-store, over the phone, at the sales register, and online, including preparing online orders for pickup;
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store and care for store-owned pets and habitats;
Assist with weekly price changes and monthly promotions, and stock shelves to meet floor standards;
Promote adoption events, charity events, and other store initiatives; ensure a safe environment for associates, pets, and customers
