Job Summary
Supervisor – Levi’s (Levi’s® / Dockers® / Denizen®) – Oklahoma City, OK. The Supervisor supports Store Management in attaining Levi’s® Store Iconic status, drives sales, manages expenses, and implements operational excellence to ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth.
Key Responsibilities- Sales
- Drive profitable sales by meeting or exceeding established sales and performance goals.
- Model customer service behaviors and ensure staff is trained to deliver KPI goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour).
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and train others.
- Contribute to expense control by managing controllable expenses and following all loss‑prevention programs.
- Assist in executing floor changes, sales and promotional events timely and effectively for maximum financial results.
- People
- Participate in the training process for new hires on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, selling practices and other associate responsibilities.
- Identify developmental opportunities in staff and partner with management to accomplish improvements.
- Contribute to a positive work environment that encourages retention and talent.
- Inform management of employee relations issues that need to be addressed.
- Supervise the store team in the absence of another member of management.
- Operational Excellence
- Perform operational procedures to support efficient store operation and drive sales.
- Ensure required store tasks are completed timely and effectively by personally contributing and directing team members when necessary.
- Assist in ensuring sound inventory management through established procedures, paperwork, and pricing tickets.
- Participate in physical inventory preparation and counts.
- Prevent loss by following established policies, educating others, and providing operational and loss‑prevention training.
- Merchandising
- Execute store visual standards in accordance with visual merchandising direction.
- Make recommendations about visual merchandising based on layout and store needs.
- Maintain appropriate product levels on the sales floor through floor replenishment.
- Lead the merchandising team to reliably accomplish productivity goals and completion of RFID‑enabled inventory management processes.
- Customer Experience
- Create a high‑energy, compelling store experience for customers by engaging and modeling appropriate customer service behaviors.
- Model behaviors and hold self and team accountable to LS&CO sales standards of Connect, Consult and Close.
- Participate in training associates on product knowledge to make them product experts who effectively serve customer needs.
- Education:
1+ years of experience and a high school diploma or GED. - Physical Requirements:
ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, and use hands to type; occasional reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. - Schedule:
flexible schedule including evening and weekend shifts. - Characteristics: leads through change, provides clear direction, coaches for improvement.
- Pay range: higher of local, state, or federal minimum wage or $17.50–$29.15 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
- Employee classification: currently posted for Full‑Time and Part‑Time.
- Compensation includes base pay, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.
- Paid time off: 3 weeks in first year, increasing to 4+ weeks thereafter.
