Responsibilities
- Supports the selling, service, and operations of the store to achieve an engaging and inspiring environment
- Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values; partners with the leadership team on creation of an engaging visual experience
- Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience
- Guides the team to prioritize customer service and styling recommendations
- Participates as the manager‑on‑duty by driving engagement in each zone
- Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
- Sustains daily operating standards and assesses sales forecasting
- Utilizes company tools to analyze business opportunities within product placement
- Collaborates with key partners to execute shipment processing and restocking
- Leads with an inclusive and people‑first philosophy; engages employees
- Love for the FP brand
- 1+ years store leadership experience
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
