Multi- Store Specialist

Sherwin-Williams seeks a Multi-Location Store Specialist to support store operations across assigned locations. You will ensure merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, and strong execution of sales and service initiatives. Partner with store managers to train staff on products, safety and operational procedures while reinforcing company culture and customer-first standards. This role travels between stores, analyzes performance, helps implement promotions, and solves operational issues to drive sales, efficiency, and a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel between assigned stores to support daily operations and initiatives
• Maintain merchandising, inventory accuracy, and visual standards across locations
• Support and train store teams on products, safety, and operating procedures
• Assist in executing promotions, pricing, and sales programs consistently
• Analyze store performance data to identify issues and opportunities
• Partner with managers to improve customer experience and service levels
• Support loss prevention, safety, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with manufacturing and supply teams to resolve product or stock issues
• Help onboard new staff and reinforce Sherwin-Williams culture and values
• Provide feedback on field needs to regional and corporate teams
