Regional Income Specialist - VA

This position can based out of Virginia. Frequent travel will be required for this position.*

Responsible for traveling to Love's store locations throughout the assigned region and assessing, advising, and training store managers on propane usage, safety, and other income items/programs. This position will oversee other income programs for multiple Love's locations (multi-unit program management).

• Observe and evaluate the store propane program.
• Provide detailed reports and feedback regarding store programs.
• Advise and train Love's store managers on the "other income" programs that weofferto customers atstore locations(i.e. the propane refill program, lottery ticket program, customer storage solutions program, etc.).
• Develop a budget and analyze the P&L reports.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and pricing.
• Other duties are assigned as needed.

• Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 4-year college degree preferred
• Experience:
  • Previous multi-unit retail experience or restaurant management experience.

• Skills:
  • Must exhibit strong customer service focus skills; detail-oriented and highly self-motivated.
• Physical Demands:
  • May require relocation.
  • Must be willing to travel Monday-Thursday (overnight stays with some Friday travel required).
  • A clean driving record and a valid driver's license are required (a company vehicle is provided).
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, and stooping.
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity is sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
