Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Offer tailored solutions to individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent the company and the Cricket brand professionally.
• Assist with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, which can lead to additional bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to honesty, integrity, and excellent customer service.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Availability to work at least 32 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation and residence within 30 minutes of the store.
• Ability to operate a computer and maintain a professional appearance.

Working Conditions
