Overview

The Sales Coach is responsible for partnering with regional sales leaders and frontline sales representatives to enhance sales effectiveness and drive performance. This role is highly mobile, requiring 50–70% travel to various regions nationwide, and focuses on delivering real-world, hands-on coaching in the field. The Sales Coach will reinforce core sales competencies, support quota attainment, and improve conversion rates on new opportunities by working directly with teams in front of customers.

This position serves as a mobile performance accelerator, embedding with sales teams to develop skills through observation and feedback in live customer interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional sales leaders and frontline sales representatives to enhance sales effectiveness and drive performance.
  • Be highly mobile, requiring 50–70% travel to various regions nationwide, delivering real-world, hands-on coaching in the field.
  • Reinforce core sales competencies, support quota attainment, and improve conversion rates on new opportunities by working directly with teams in front of customers.
  • Embed with sales teams to develop skills through observation and feedback in live customer interactions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales or sales coaching, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in sales performance improvement and coaching.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel 50–70% of the time as required by business needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
