A company here in Oklahoma City is looking to add a new Sales Account Executive to their growing team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales person who is comfortable generating sales lead with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full B2B sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution
  • Conduct in-depth discovery to understand customer goals, pain points, and decision criteria
  • Engage and manage multiple stakeholders including executives, budget owners, and end users
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and business-case presentations
  • Develop account strategies and close new logos as well as expansion opportunities
  • Forecast accurately and manage pipeline to ensure consistent revenue performance

    Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and renewals in partnership with leadership
  • Maintain detailed records of activities, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer use cases
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoff, onboarding, and long-term retention
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, technology, or professional services preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing mid-value to high-value deals
  • Experience selling to multiple stakeholders and navigating longer sales cycles
  • Strong discovery, objection-handling, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate ROI and value to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Highly organized with strong time and pipeline management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or equivalent)
