As an Inside Sales Representative at Thrive, you’ll be a key part of our growth by connecting with prospective and existing residential customers. You’ll provide expert advice and tailored recommendations to help them achieve their pest control and lawn care goals. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced, customer-centered environments and enjoy building relationships that lead to measurable success.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, while maintaining a high close rate through diligent follow-ups and effective communication.
- Adhere to proven sales scripts and techniques while personalizing interactions to fit customer needs.
- Leverage CRM tools to track interactions, you will be a driving force behind the company’s growth by connecting with prospective and existing residential customers. Your role will involve providing expert advice and tailored solutions for their lawn care needs. This position is ideal for a professionals who excel in customer engagement, pipeline management, and achieving sales targets through a structured, consultative approach.
and Prospect Engagement
- Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, SMS, and other digital communication channels to connect with potential customers (warm leads only).
- Perform detailed needs assessments to identify customer goals and challenges, presenting customized solutions.
- Actively follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources to drive conversions.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by responding promptly to inquiries and building rapport with every interaction.
- Win back clients who previously canceled recurring services.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide leadership with regular pipeline, performance, and improvement reports.
- Share insights and feedback from customers to support service and process improvements.
- Proactively recommend approved, seasonally and geographically relevant services
- Address objections confidently, providing data-driven responses to build trust and credibility.
- Proven experience in Inside Sales or Call Center environments, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Background or education in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Urban Forestry, or a related field is a plus (not required).
