We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our expanding Intake team. Your role will involve connecting individuals who have experienced motor vehicle accidents with attorneys who can assist them.

Responsibilities include:

Achieving Swift Response Time: Respond to inquiries within 3 minutes to demonstrate your proactive approach.

Building Customer Rapport: Develop strong relationships with clients, aiming for at least a 30% close rate.

Driving Contact Rates: Reach an 85% contact rate on inquiries.

Accurate Verbal Recap: Clearly communicate facts during calls.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of sales experience.
Basic proficiency in Excel and email platforms.
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Computer literate with multitasking skills.

Details:

Full-time position with a pay rate of $22/hour plus bonuses.

Shifts are in-office, with options for Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday schedules.
