LocationOklahoma City (or surrounding areas) – Western Territory Outside Sales
Key Responsibilities- Market Expansion
- Identify, target, and engage potential clients within designated markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions leveraging product expertise.
- Product Knowledge and Expertise
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Pioneer Industrial’s product categories.
- Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to clients.
- Demonstrate expertise in pumps and mechanical seals.
- Apply knowledge of the Eastern Kansas and Western Nebraska industrial markets (preferred).
- Sales Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Proposal Development
- Prepare and deliver accurate, compelling proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and precise client responses.
- Sales Performance
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Use CRM tools to track performance and manage opportunities.
- Industry Networking
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably within similar product categories.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industrial processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
