Bilingual Sales Representative

AGM TOOLS OF OKLAHOMA is a stable and expanding company looking for long‑term employees. The company has 12 locations across the United States including six in Texas and others in North Carolina, Florida, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. AGM TOOLS specializes in sales of tools for fabricating countertops from materials such as granite, marble, Silestone, and quartzite. The role is a sales position in Houston with a company van.

• Do sales and maintain contact with people.
• Visit customers daily using the company van.
• Offer excellent customer service.
• Grow the business by maximizing sales potential in every contact.
• Cultivate and develop new accounts designated by the company.
• Meet or exceed all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Seek to understand every customer’s business needs to provide the best solution.
• Keep current customers and find new customers.
• Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction by managing the order process from contact to delivery.
• Use strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reach monthly sales goals.

• Ability to multitask and adapt to schedule changes.
• Capability to drive around Houston.
• Capacity to organize customers and visits.
• Competence in managing a computer.
• Physical ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
• Physical ability to walk, run, and go up and down stairs.

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of sales experience.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

• Base salary plus commission.
