Outside Software Account Rep – Oklahoma City, OK

Responsibilities- Increase Thryv’s penetration into the existing client base, grow client engagement, and build the SaaS client base through new sales.
- Nurture existing client relationships and pursue new opportunities to meet a predetermined sales quota.
- Engage with clients face‑to‑face approximately 50% of the time and hold the majority of interactions remotely.
- Present opportunities for additional sales or extended usage based on client needs.
- Identify and secure new SaaS clients through self‑generated prospecting and company‑initiated programs.
- Execute all defined operational processes and requirements with excellence.
- Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed.
- Help grow local business market share

- Clear record of achieving sales goals
- Persuasive in explaining software solutions simply
- Build and nurture a pipeline and close deals
- Develop solutions that help customers win
- Can work remotely with high‑speed internet and proper attire
- 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably a SaaS role
- 2+ years of outbound full‑cycle sales experience
- Industry knowledge and ability to understand Thryv product suite
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with strong emotional intelligence
- Excellent time and organization skills to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in MS Office
- 50% driving requirement and valid driver’s license
- Live within a one‑hour commute of the job location
