Sales Manager – 1 HundredX Refresh Bath
Location:

1 HundredX Refresh Bath is growing fast, and our lead flow is stronger than ever. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager who knows how to lead from the front, coach a team to success, and help drive revenue growth.
What You'll Do- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of In‑Home Sales Representatives.
- Review and manage appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team.
- Run a minimum of 5 in‑home sales appointments per week alongside sales representatives for training and coaching purposes.
- Provide real‑time support to sales reps in the field, including closing assistance when needed.
- Monitor team performance and help drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Handle cancel‑save appointments and work to retain sales opportunities.
- Partner with the Rehash Manager to maximize sales and recover opportunities.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions and sales meetings.
- Set clear expectations and accountability standards for the sales team.
- Foster a positive, high‑performance culture focused on growth and success.
- 5+ years of successful Home Improvement Sales experience.
- Experience with bath, roofing, windows, siding, remodeling, or other in‑home sales preferred.
- Experience in the One‑Day Bath or Remodeling industry is highly preferred.
- Previous Sales Management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Organized, self‑motivated, and results‑driven.
- Comfortable using technology, including iPads, electronic contracts, and CRM systems.
- Strong closing and sales training abilities.
- High‑quality leads provided.
