Position Overview- Order Value – Achieve the targets for new order value.
- Customer Account Management – Manage allocated accounts in a customer‑centric manner.
- Best Practices – Share customer best practices in RQI program adoption between customers.
- Consultative Methodology – Use a consultative approach to achieve financial goals.
- Implementation – Drive RQI Portfolio adoption through to successful implementation to advance the lifesaving mission.
- Relationships – Build long‑term meaningful relationships with designated customers, positioning RQIP as a trusted embedded element of the hospital system.
- Customer Health – Ensure the overall health of customers.
- RQI Portfolio – Represent the complete RQI Portfolio with high competence in designated accounts.
- Renewals & Expansions – Ensure that targets for expansions/renewals are met and retain learners/subscriptions.
- Program & Mission – Act as ambassador for the RQIP mission of saving more lives and engage customer leadership.
- Program Competence – Master the features, functionality, and value proposition of the RQI Portfolio.
- Customer Success – Ensure customers maximize opportunities to help save lives using RQPIP portfolio.
- Customer Champions – Build a network of champion customers for peer‑to‑peer referral resources.
- Implementations – Undertake successful implementations at customer sites and with super users.
- ABM Engagement – Conduct research and align with marketing peers on deployment of strategic initiatives.
- Program Adoption & Renewals – Ensure customers adopt and renew the RQI Portfolio in designated accounts.
- Sales Goals – Achieve subscriber, subscription, and account revenue goals.
- Sales Management – Demonstrate effective sales management skills for leadership in assigned accounts.
- Strategic Relationships – Build trust with senior management of hospitals and program administration contacts.
- Program Introductions – Support the introduction of new programs and features to the portfolio.
- Return on Investment – Assist accounts in understanding and reporting value and cost savings.
- Analytical Tools – Ensure customers use available analytical tools to drive impact and show evidence to senior management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field. Combination of education/experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years in field‑based sales, account management, or relationship management with consistent achievement of business goals.
- Experience delivering education/training in a clinical environment is a plus.
- Travel as needed to manage customer accounts and meet customers; 3–4 in‑person meetings per week, with overnight travel possible.
- Ability to lift and carry 70 pounds on a regular basis.
- Valid Driver’s License.
The estimated annual base salary for this position is $100,000–$105,000.
