Vice President - Area

Vice President – Area (Open) – Oklahoma City, OK (Branch – Retail shop).

• Set the commercial strategy and manage a commercial population at a specific organizational level (region, entity, country, cluster, etc.) to drive sales and profitability.
• Ensure annual sales target within assigned territory and accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Identify and propose new business opportunities and develop a strategy to win these new businesses.
• Interpret and anticipate the competitive landscape and market trends.
• Manage a commercial organization including the management of a sales team, sales responsibilities, and other activities (safety, finance, ops, bulk, etc.).

• Master’s degree.
• 15+ years of experience, including managing large teams and budget.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
• Good leadership skills and ability to motivate the sales team.
