Aaron Sales And Leasing is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Oklahoma City to coach customers on lease payments, renewals and ownership options. You will build relationships by phone and in person to ensure satisfaction and timely payments.
Responsibilities include updating account information, contacting customers who did not renew, and supporting the sales team to reach monthly revenue and renewal goals while upholding the Aaron’s brand and policies.
