Sales Force

Customer facing role responsible for generating qualified roofing leads, guiding homeowners through the sales process, and (as assigned) managing projects from signed contract through completion. This role blends proactive neighborhood outreach with strong consultative selling and light project coordination to ensure an excellent homeowner experience.

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel - objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity - to weekly team huddle

• Day 30:
  Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6:
  Producing in the middle of the band - about $75K annualized
• Year 1:
  Top quartile clears $100K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output - activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
