Retail Sales Associate; In-Store Sales

Job Summary

Hourly Pay: $14.73 – $18.84 (adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other factors). Monthly incentive opportunity: $162 – $389 in bonus earnings based on performance.

Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM;
Saturday, 8AM to 5PM. 37.5‑hour work week. No late nights, no Sundays.

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning, including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Respond to RACC calls continuously throughout the day.
• Support team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and  as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Satisfactory pre‑employment and post‑employment screening results, including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings.
• Ability to obtain necessary membership licenses as required to perform essential functions.
