Regional Sales Manager

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• CRM systems and database management
• Sales forecasting and pipeline management tools
• Ability to interpret technical product specifications and applications

• Leadership and coaching
• Forecasting and action plan development
• Complex solutions-selling in OEM or industrial markets
• Contract negotiation and LTA development
• Market analysis and competitive positioning
• Cross-functional coordination with Engineering and Customer Service teams

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of related progressive sales or business development experience
• Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure business environments
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting outside sales team

This role is primarily office and field based environments. Physical requirements to perform the essential job functions include:

• Approximately 50 – 75% travel required (day trips and overnight stays)
• Regularly required to sit, stand, talk, and hear
• Ability to present to customer groups and leadership teams
