The Role

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor for our top clients. You’ll understand their goals, anticipate their needs, and ensure they receive maximum value from our solutions. You’ll also identify growth opportunities, manage renewals, and coordinate internally to deliver exceptional outcomes.

• Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, acting as their main point of contact.

• Prepare and present regular account reviews, performance insights, and strategic roadmaps.
• Monitor account health, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Strategic Account Manager, or similar client‑facing role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to think strategically while managing day‑to‑day details.
• Experience working with enterprise‑level accounts is a plus.
• Comfort with CRM systems and account management tools.
