First Cash is seeking entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate across nationwide pawn store locations. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and maintain attractive merchandise displays.
Base hourly wage is $14.00–$15.00 with commission up to 8% on transactions, potentially adding about $2.78 per hour. Earned Wage Access is available; vacation and benefits are offered where applicable.
