Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Generate new Leads through cold calling, Linked In, email outreach, and other channels.
• Make a minimum of 50 to 80 calls per day to prospective clients.
• Identify and connect with Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Healthcare Institutions, and Diagnostic Centres
  .
• Connect with key decision-makers including HR Heads, HR Managers, Medical Superintendents, Hospital Administrators, and Management
  .
• Understand current and upcoming recruitment requirements and pitch healthcare recruitment services.
• Qualify prospects and convert leads into business opportunities and clients
  .
• Schedule meetings/calls with relevant decision-makers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain a strong client pipeline.
• Maintain daily calling, lead generation, and follow-up reports
  .
• Coordinate with the recruitment team once a client requirement is generated.

• 6 months2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
• Experience in Healthcare Recruitment, Hospital Sales, Staffing, or B2B Services will be preferred.
• Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
• Comfortable using Linked In, Google, email, and other platforms for prospecting.
• Excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  .
• Confident in communicating with HR Heads, Medical Superintendents, Hospital Administrators, and senior management
  .
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with 50-80+ daily calls
  .
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  .
• Healthcare recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
