Upsell Representative - TVC Pro-Driver

TVC Pro-Driver is a member of the Love’s Family of Companies and is a commercial driver’s license (CDL) protection subscription service with more than thirty-five years of experience assisting individual drivers and fleets in reducing or dismissing fines, preventing downtime for court and protecting compliance, safety and accountability (CSA) scores.

As a TVC Upsell Representative, you will play a key role in driving fuel card engagement and usage among new and existing members. This position is focused on proactive outreach to maximize adoption, activation, and sustained usage of the TVC Fuel Card through strategic follow-up and member education.

• Prospect Outreach:
  Call current prospects to introduce and offer the TVC Fuel Card, clearly communicating its benefits and value.
• Lead Engagement:
  Follow up with leads generated from truck stops and online sources to present and promote the TVC Fuel Card.
• Member Activation:
  Contact new TVC Fuel Card members to encourage and assist with their first-time use of the card.
• Usage Retention:
  Conduct regular outreach to existing cardholders to support and maintain consistent fuel card usage for at least 120 days.

• Strong communication and persuasive sales skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse customer base
• Goal-oriented mindset with attention to follow-through
• Experience in outbound calling or sales preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking tools is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

• Conversion rates from prospect to active user
• First-time usage rate among new cardholders
• Fuel card retention and usage consistency over 120 days
• Quality of customer interactions and adherence to call scripts
