Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, developers, owners, and key industry stakeholders
Identify and pursue new project opportunities across Oklahoma and surrounding markets
Manage opportunities through the sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to project award and handoff
Review construction documents to identify potential project opportunities and solutions
Collaborate with estimating, engineering, design, and operations teams to support project pursuits
Achieve annual sales, revenue, and business development objectives
Represent the company at industry events, association meetings, networking functions, and trade shows
Deliver exceptional customer service while strengthening long-term client partnerships
Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline management, and market intelligence reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of business development, sales, construction, engineering, or related industry experience
Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Experience with Bluebeam or similar construction software is a plus
Background in construction materials, commercial construction, engineering, manufacturing, or related industries preferred

Travel Requirements:

Frequent local travel throughout the Oklahoma City metro and surrounding markets
Occasional regional travel within neighboring states
Some overnight travel may be required
