No roofing or sales background needed — we'll teach you everything from spotting a bad shingle to closing the deal. Bring the hustle and the people skills; we'll bring the training, the tools, and a team that's got your back.

• Inspect roofs and give homeowners a straight answer on what's really going on up there
• Turn those findings into clear, accurate estimates and proposals
• Build real relationships with homeowners and property managers — then close the deal
• Keep your pipeline warm with consistent, timely follow-up
• Explain roofing systems and materials in plain English, no jargon required
• Hand off cleanly to our production and installation crews
• Represent the company like the pro you're becoming

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• A willingness to learn — prior roofing or sales experience helps, but isn't required
• Strong people skills and a knack for earning trust fast
• Self-motivation — you own your schedule and your results
• Comfort working outdoors, including time on ladders and roofs

• Commission sales role with weekly bonus earning ranging from $50,000–$150,000+ per year
• Uncapped commission — the payout has no ceiling, even if the roofs do
