Sales Team Lead

Black Crown Construction is hiring a producing Roofing Sales Team Lead in the Oklahoma City metro: an experienced roofing or restoration closer who keeps selling, recruits and leads a small team, and earns more as the people around them win. Commission-only. No cap. A written path to Sales Manager.

This isn't a desk job or a salaried management seat. You keep closing your own business while you recruit, develop, and lead a small team of hungry sales professionals.

Commission-only. No base salary. No cap. The seat is built for $150K–$350K+ in personal earnings before your team override.

• 50/50 split of net job profit on everything you personally sell
• Team override on collected net profit from the reps you directly lead
• Weekly SPIFFs and monthly production bonuses
• Recruiting and team-performance incentives
• Fuel support once agreed performance standards are met

The stronger your team gets, the more your seat is worth. Exact override, performance targets, and promotion requirements go in writing before you start.

This is a real path, not a "maybe someday." You earn the Sales Manager seat by:

• Recruiting strong people and developing consistent producers
• Hitting team revenue and profit targets while protecting margins
• Creating accountability without killing morale, so the team performs without babysitting
• Protecting our customers, our reputation, and our culture

As the department grows, the seat grows with it: larger team compensation, profit-sharing, vehicle support, and a company truck.

• Maintain and grow your own pipeline
• Recruit experienced reps and promising new talent
• Lead from the field: ride-alongs, neighborhood campaigns, storm response
• Run short, productive sales huddles and pipeline reviews, and coordinate with production, estimating, supplements, and ownership
• Help build scripts, onboarding, training, and follow-up processes
• Coach reps through difficult appointments and projects
• Hold the team to activity, documentation, and customer-service standards

You'll have direct access to ownership and a real voice in how the sales department is built. We want ideas, initiative, and leadership. We also expect results.

You won't be handed a finished sales department or a calendar packed with appointments. You'll get the support to build one:

• Dedicated supplement, estimating, and production support, plus insurance restoration documentation
• Homeowner financing options
• Accu Lynx, Company Cam, Hail Trace, and professional sales and marketing materials
• A full-service menu: roofing, restoration, remodeling, additions, outdoor living, custom homes, barndominiums, safe rooms, HVAC, electrical, and more
• Direct support from ownership and the freedom to improve the process

You're not limited to selling shingles.

• Have proven roofing, restoration, or construction sales experience and documented personal production
• Generate your own business instead of waiting on leads
• Have recruited, trained, mentored, or led other salespeople
• Lead from the field instead of hiding behind a title
• Hold people accountable without creating drama
• Want to earn personally while building team income, and earn your way into management

We're especially interested in experienced producers who feel boxed in by their current company's comp plan, backend support, or unwillingness to let them build.
