Role Description The Sales Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area. In this role, the Sales Specialist engages customers on the sales floor, listens to their needs, and provides product recommendations that support an active lifestyle. Daily responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and maintaining visual and merchandising standards. The Sales Specialist assists with fitting room support, cash wrap transactions, and inventory replenishment to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

This role also collaborates with teammates, participates in product and brand training, and helps create an inclusive, energetic store environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and active listening with customers and team members.
• Proven Customer Service experience, with the ability to create welcoming, solution-oriented interactions.
• Sales skills, including product knowledge, upselling, and meeting individual or team sales targets.
• Experience or interest in Training and Sales Management, such as coaching peers or supporting new team member onboarding.
• Enthusiasm for active, healthy lifestyles and familiarity with performance apparel or retail environments.
• Ability to work on-site in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliability, strong work ethic, and comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or athletic brand experience is a plus.
