Job Summary
Teciem is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Bilingual Sales Development Representative, English/Spanish, to support our growth across the Americas.
This virtual position may be based in either the United States or Mexico.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who wants to develop their career within a financial technology organization serving banks and other financial institutions.
The Sales Development Representative, SDR, will identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers through targeted inbound and outbound activities.
Working closely with Account Executives and other go-to-market teams, the SDR will help generate qualified sales opportunities, build pipeline, and expand Teciem’s engagement with prospective and existing customers across English- and Spanish-speaking markets.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of outreach, and communicating professionally with business and technology stakeholders within financial institutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Execute targeted outbound calling, email, social engagement, and account-based prospecting campaigns across new and existing accounts.
- Conduct prospecting and customer-engagement activities in both English and Spanish based on the needs of each market, account, and stakeholder.
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities in support of Teciem’s pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Manage assigned demand-generation targets, forecasts, activity levels, and performance metrics.
- Research target accounts, key stakeholders, business priorities, technology environments, and potential use cases.
- Identify customer needs and connect those needs to Teciem’s solutions, capabilities, and value propositions.
- Qualify opportunities based on business need, strategic fit, stakeholder engagement, timing, and commercial potential.
- Manage and qualify a high-velocity pipeline of new and existing leads through inbound and outbound channels.
- Maintain active and relevant engagement with prospective customers through creative and consultative communication.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to prioritize target accounts, define outreach strategies, and engage the appropriate stakeholders.
- Coordinate effective opportunity handoffs to Account Executives and provide clear context regarding identified needs, stakeholders, and next steps.
- Support both new-customer acquisition and expansion opportunities within existing customer relationships.
- Accurately record and regularly update prospect, account, activity, and opportunity information in the CRM.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up with prospects and internal stakeholders.
- Manage customer and internal stakeholder expectations through clear, timely, and professional communication.
- Build productive working relationships with Sales, Marketing, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, and other internal teams.
- Proactively share relevant market, account, and customer insights with the broader go-to-market organization.
- Use sales technologies, data, and performance insights to improve outreach effectiveness, productivity, and conversion.
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion when communicating with customers and prospects.
- Contribute to a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
