I’m looking for motivated individuals who have experienced in sales, although it is not required. This is an opportunity to work in a healthy environment that is uplifting and founded on Christian principles. Structure is set however it is flexible when it comes to hours days worked.

1 week training, daily checkins, weekly goals set, and all the tools you need to succeed.

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using targeted lists for cold lead calling techniques to generate new leads with a honest and caring attitude.
• Engage potential customers with compelling conversations, clearly articulating the value of our products and services, without lying or misleading clients.
• Conduct consultative selling by understanding client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly, treat them like your own family.
• Manage customer interactions efficiently within CRM software, ensuring accurate documentation of all communications and activities.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication, active listening, and professional follow-up.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to refine outreach strategies and maximize conversion rates.

• Experienced or want to start in inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling with a focus on B2B sales.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and effectively.
• Technical sales experience preferred, especially related to sales technology adoption such as google sheets
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Other languages not required but will be paid more for.
• Familiarity with customer service principles, client communication best practices, and business development strategies.
