Assistant Manager

• Market Intelligence:
  Research and map out potential corporate & staffing firms clients (CHROs, HR Heads, CFOs) across IT, Manufacturing, and BFSI sectors.
• Outbound Prospecting:
  Initiate contact through cold calling, Linked In Sales Navigator, and highly personalized email sequences.
• Value Proposition:
  Effectively communicate how HR India Solutions reduces attrition by 50% and improves hiring TAT (Turnaround Time).

  Qualification:
  
  
  Qualify prospects based on their hiring needs and budget, setting up high-quality meetings for the leadership team.
• CRM Management:
  Maintain a clean and updated pipeline of prospects and follow-up schedules.

• Stability: A proven track record of staying with a single organization for
  at least 2 continuous years.

  Experience:
  
  
  Minimum 3 years in lead generation or inside sales, preferably within the HR Services or Staffing industry.
• Communication:
  Exceptional verbal and written English skills with the ability to navigate "gatekeepers."
• Must have your own laptop & wifi connection
