University of Alabama is hiring an Admissions Representative I - North Alabama to serve as the College of Nursing's primary recruitment representative in the North Alabama territory. The role builds relationships with prospective students, high schools, community colleges, and healthcare organizations. It is a remote-eligible, territory-based position with frequent regional travel.
Highlights- Counsel prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process.
- Represent the University at on- and off-campus events and information sessions.
- Build relationships with healthcare organizations, schools, alumni, and community partners.
- Promote nursing education opportunities and monitor regional recruitment and healthcare workforce trends.
- Travel frequently throughout the assigned territory and periodically to the Tuscaloosa campus.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher and a valid U.S. driver's license.
- Prefer experience recruiting for nursing or healthcare programs and using CRM or database systems.
- Earn a minimum of $43,888 per year, with a midpoint of $50,700.
