Position Overview
Tri‑Imaging Solutions is seeking a Level 2 Field Service Engineer to join our Oklahoma City, OK team. Relocation assistance is provided. Salary is flexible based on experience.

- Perform inspections, calibrations, installations, upgrades, and repairs on a range of radiology imaging equipment (X‑ray, mammography, CT, MRI).
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure compliance with performance and safety standards.
- Collaborate with OEM technical support and healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding service.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation for compliance and reporting.
- Provide equipment demonstrations and in‑service training for healthcare staff when needed.
- Minimum 5 years of experience servicing diagnostic imaging equipment.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field—or equivalent military/technical experience.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair imaging systems independently.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and computer skills; adept with test equipment and diagnostic software.
- Familiarity with OEM service documentation, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, flexible, and able to manage travel schedules (including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed).
