Join our Security team as a Security Supervisor at OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark.

Find your belonging in a supportive, collaborative environment that encourages growth and success. Serve as a leader in the Security Department, overseeing officers and ensuring the safety and security of the resort for guests and associates. Train in emergency procedures, assist with routine drills, and prepare all associates for emergencies.

• Ensure that policies and procedures are enforced.
• Ensure that property/facilities are energy efficient.
• Maintain key control.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Conduct safety and security patrols; report unusual observations promptly.
• Protect guests and employees from harm and prevent theft or property damage.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Write shift reports and security incident reports.
• Process and log lost and found articles.
• Confront individuals involved in unsafe or illegal acts.
• Investigate/handle complaints, incidents, accidents, and emergencies.
• Monitor equipment and perform life-saving functions as required (CPR/first aid).

• High School Diploma; degree in criminal justice is beneficial.
• 3+ years of experience in the security field, preferably in hospitality.
• Previous supervisory/management experience.
• Relevant certifications, including CPR and Life Safety.
• Fluent in English; ability to write reports and interact with guests and associates.
• Proficiency with computer systems to complete security reports and familiarity with hotel PMS & POS systems.
