Security Officer Front Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting patients, visitors, staff, and vendors, assisting with check-in procedures, and communicating site-specific policies in a professional manner;
Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining entry records, and helping to support authorized access procedures for restricted areas;
Respond to incidents, urgent requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting security-related concerns;
Support a healthcare location by observing lobby and reception activity, reporting unusual behavior or conditions, and assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate;
Answer questions, provide directions, and coordinate with hospital staff and/or first responders to help address front desk concerns and security-related needs
