In this stationary role, you will help to deter security-related incidents while delivering customer service with integrity, teamwork, agility, reliability, and innovation in every interaction.
Part Time Weekly Pay - CLEET assistance is available Pay Rate: $14.50 / Hour
Job Schedule:
Mon: 02:30 PM – 10:30 PM;
Sat: 06:30 AM – 02:30 PM
- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and front desk support duties.
- Monitor lobby and reception areas, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and document arrivals and departures in accordance with location policies.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report details to appropriate contacts.
- Answer phones, assist with directions, and help address questions or concerns while maintaining awareness of security‑related procedures at the front desk.
- Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including communicating instructions, contacting designated personnel, and helping to coordinate security‑related responses for the location.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
