Provide visible presence at store entrances/exits and on sales floor to deter theft and maintain a safe, secure environment.;
Monitor for suspicious behavior, identify theft indicators, and communicate findings to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.;
Greet customers and associates, deliver courteous service, and uphold professional appearance in required attire.;
Train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and prevention strategies.;
Assist with compliance to Loss Prevention directives and participate in safety procedures and investigations as needed.
