• Engage with customers in a clear, courteous manner, walking them through the service process, addressing questions, and ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Maintain organized records of each job using provided digital tools for accurate tracking and follow‑up.

• 2 or more years of documented hands‑on residential plumbing service background with references ready to verify.
• Sharp troubleshooting skills, strong work ethic, and natural ability to connect with homeowners.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
