Will Scot Corporation - - - Responsibilities:
Inspect buildings and perform repairs or readiness work including framing and finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear.;
Perform check-in/out inspections of off rented buildings to determine repair scope and damages for invoicing.;
Create floor plan drawings as needed and perform modifications as requested by customers.;
Maintain proper inventory levels of equipment/tools/parts needed for service tasks and provide courteous customer service.;
Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled delivery dates at stated quality levels and complete paperwork for deliveries, pickups, and service calls.
