Power washing experience is NOT required for this role.As the power washing Lead Tecnician, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers and completing jobs to the highest standards. Power Washing Lead Technician responsibilities:- As a "player-coach", you will lead the power washing team to ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction
- Interact with the customer(s)
- Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members
- Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner
- Abide by cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard

- Optional weekend / night shifts are available depending on jobs that have been scheduled
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of proven leadership experience as a team lead at a minimum
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence
- Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs
- Valid driver's license
- This position requires the successful completion of a background check and drug screening
- Many jobs often require work to be done after hours or weekends so schedule flexibility preferred.
