We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead and manage maintenance and repair teams across various locations including OKC, Tulsa, and Amarillo. This role requires hands‑on management of trailer repairs, preventative maintenance, and various mechanical and electrical tasks.

• Manage and oversee maintenance and repair teams across multiple locations.
• Perform maintenance on components such as air compressors, fuel pumps, hubs, wheels, suspension, springs, and axles.
• Inspect, repair, or replace domes, valves, vents, or other equipment as necessary.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with DOT regulations and standards.
• Implement preventative and reactive maintenance strategies for equipment and vehicles.

• Proficiency in trailer repair, preventative maintenance, and mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with DOT 406, 407, 412 Tanker/cargo tankers is highly preferred.
• ASE brake certification preferred, with a willingness to obtain if not already held.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a cargo tank inspection certification.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with diesel engines, truck service, and welding.

• Tanker trailer experience is highly preferred; flatbed trailer experience will be considered.
• CDL Class A is a plus but not required.
• Must have own tools; essential for the role.
• Basic mechanic skills including truck PMs and trailer maintenance.

This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods on a concrete shop floor within a small, two‑bay shop. Preferred working hours are 7am-4pm, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to adjust to 8am-5pm in the future. No overtime is expected unless approved.

This is a Permanent position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

The pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00/yr.
