Position Overview

As an Entry Level HVAC/R Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial and residential heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. You will perform various tasks from system installation to end-of-life maintenance, warranty services, and emergency repairs. Additionally, you will guide and advise customers on the best air quality solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems and equipment.
• Identify maintenance needs and potential risks on equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency repairs.
• Maintain daily logs and records of all service activities.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and OSHA regulations.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed.
• Follow service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret work plans.
• Availability to work after hours, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
