Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and ad-hoc repairs on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment;
Troubleshoot and fix out-of-service equipment and escalate to leadership as needed;
Maintain CMMS/ticketing systems and operating logs for facility systems;
Mentor maintenance personnel and assist with two-person jobs or when operationally required;
Oversee and perform facility/building project tasks (lighting, carpentry, plumbing, etc.)
