What You'll Do

* Work Across Multiple Trades - Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC

* Support Branch Remodels & Repairs - Your craftsmanship directly impacts customer experience

* Grow Your Skillset - We train, mentor, and promote from within

* Think Like an Owner - Your work increases the value of your ESOP retirement account

What We're Looking For

* Experience in Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Woodworking (or a strong desire to learn)

* Clean driving record + ability to pass required screenings

* Willingness to work overtime (46-50 hrs./week total - including overtime) and travel overnight as needed (Hotel and meal stipend company provided)
