As an HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems, ensuring every customer interaction is exceptional.

- Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Operate hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors
- Provide outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills
- Educate customers on their systems and maintenance requirements
- Help customers identify areas to improve their home comfort systems
- Document services performed and recommendations made by filling in logs and/or records
- Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards
- Journeyman license in HVAC (Apprentice accepted for other positions)
- NATE‑Certified is a huge plus
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old to meet company driving‑insurability requirements; candidates 19 or older with a clean driving record may be considered
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude
- Some knowledge in electrical or plumbing is preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Attention to detail
