HVAC Service Technician- Journeyman

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems, ensuring every customer interaction is exceptional.

• $25 - $33 per hour plus bonuses

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Operate hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors
• Provide outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills
• Educate customers on their systems and maintenance requirements
• Help customers identify areas to improve their home comfort systems
• Document services performed and recommendations made by filling in logs and/or records
• Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards

• Journeyman license in HVAC (Apprentice accepted for other positions)
• NATE‑Certified is a huge plus
• Applicants must be at least 21 years old to meet company driving‑insurability requirements; candidates 19 or older with a clean driving record may be considered
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude
• Some knowledge in electrical or plumbing is preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
• Attention to detail
