Position: Road Service Technician - Oklahoma City, OK

HIRING:
Road Service Technician

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 STARTING - Based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on construction equipment and Aerial Lifts at customer jobsites.
  • Travel daily in a company-provided service van to respond to customer service calls in the field.
  • Repair, service, and maintain electrical, hydraulic, chassis, pump systems, safety services, and body service issues related to all types of construction equipment.
  • Perform maintenance and inspections in accordance with NFPA, OSHA, ANSI, and manufacturer requirements as well as company safety regulations.
  • When not responding to field calls, assist with repairs and maintenance projects in the main shop.
  • Identify and coordinate parts and repair needs with the shop supervisor or parts department.
  • Maintain and safely operate company service vehicle, tools, and equipment.
  • Be willing and able to work occasional overtime, stand‑by, and unannounced call‑out situations as needed to support customer needs.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in equipment service and repair.
  • Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and mechanical systems (preferred).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (required).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
Physical Work Conditions (not limited to)
  • Exposure to noise, trip hazards, fall hazards, and chemicals (battery acid, grease, de‑greasers, etc.).
  • Work performed in outdoor environments including hot, cold, and humid conditions.
  • Working on, around, and underneath large equipment requiring squatting, kneeling, crawling, standing, etc. for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift parts, tools, and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs occasionally.
